Arrive Tel Aviv airport; we’ll be met by our representative who will assist you, and with your guide and driver who will be with you for the tour.
We’ll be transferred to your hotel on the Israeli Mediterranean coast for dinner and overnight.
Start with Breakfast at the hotel. Depart and drive along the coastal plain to Caesarea, which was the seat of the Roman governor when the Romans ruled the land. Today we can visit the excavation of the ancient city to see the Aqueduct and Amphitheater. We’ll continue to Muhraka (Mount Carmel) – the place where Prophet Elijah defeated the 400 Baal prophets; enjoy the spectacular view of the Jezreel valley and the lower Galilee, we’ll visit Haifa promenade for an overview of Baha’i Gardens, Port and City of Haifa. We’ll continue our way passing Nazareth- the boyhood city of Jesus Christ, we’ll see Annunciation Church, and do a tour of the city’s bazaar. After Nazareth we’ll drive to Cana where Jesus performed the first miracle at the wedding. We’ll arrive to our hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast at hotel, we’ll drive north to Banias Nature reserve- it was here that Jesus asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?”. We’ll continue visiting Dan Nature reserve, which was captured by the Tribe of Dan during the Judges period. We’ll continue to beautiful Golan Heights, climbing Mt. Ben-Tal for overview Israel (Golan, Galilee and Jordan Valley), Syria (Damascus in a good sight day) and Lebanon. We’ll finish our day with a visit to Kfar Haruv/ Mitzpe Shalem for a panoramic overview of the Sea of Galilee from east. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
After breakfast we’ll drive to Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus Christ delivered the sermon on the mountain. We’ll then go to Tabgha where it is believed that the miracle of the fish and the loaves happened, Capernaum –one of the main cities in the area in Jesus’ time. We’ll then be able to feel how it was like in Jesus’ time Sea of Galilee with a Boat Ride across the Sea of Galilee. We’ll see an Ancient Boat that was found buried in the Kibbutz Ginosar grounds. We’ll finish our day in Yardenit baptismal site, where if one wants he can be baptized. We’ll drive to our hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast at hotel, we’ll drive South through the Jordan Valley, looking at the feet of the Jordanian mountains from the left, and of Samaria by the right. We’ll visit the oldest known city in the world- Jericho. We will visit Mt of Tempteation. After arriving to the Dead Sea we’ll visit Qumran– the place where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. We’ll visit the magnificent, yet tragic site of Masada by cable car, and we’ll Swim (or Float…) in the Dead Sea. We’ll then drive to our hotel in the Dead Sea area for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast we’ll drive to the Negev desert visiting Beer Sheba– the place where Abraham dug the well. We’ll see the remaining of the city from the time of King Hezekiah. We’ll then drive north visiting Beit Guvrin and Emek HaElla (Ella Valley)- the place where David defeated Goliath. We’ll then ascend to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast at hotel we’ll drive to Jerusalem visiting Mount of Olives– the place where Jesus Christ spent his last hours, and the place where He made his way into Jerusalem, riding the back of the donkey- a way that we will do too by Palm Sunday path to Garden of Gethsemane– the place where Jesus prayed in his last hours. We’ll visit Caiaphas’s House (chief priest in Jesus’ time) Mount Zion – Upper Room (last supper), Jewish and Christian Quarters, Western Wall– the only remain from the Temple, and the Jewish holiest place.
Breakfast at hotel, we’ll visit City of David– the excavations of old Jerusalem from King David’s time. We’ll continue visiting Temple Mount, St. Ann, Ecce Homo– believed to be the place where Pilate gave Christ out to the crowds to be judged, Via Dolorosa– the way of suffering and the old city bazaar. We’ll finish the day with communion in the Garden Tomb– the place believed to be the empty grave. We’ll then have dinner and overnight at hotel.
After breakfast at hotel we will Visit Yad VaShem– the impressive museum of holocaust and Israel Museum + Model city, where we’ll see the shrine of the book- where the Dead Sea scrolls are kept and the model city of Jerusalem from the second temple era. We’ll drive to Bethlehem where we’ll visit Church of Nativity, and Shepherd’s Field– where the shepherds heard the good news. We’ll return to Bethlehem for dinner and overnight at hotel.
Breakfast at hotel, transfer to our departure from Tel Aviv airport with assistance of our representative for a safe flight home.
